Antima Gupta won the ‘Best Paper Award’ at 3rd International Conference on Food Properties - 2018

The 3rd International Conference on FoodProperties-2018 was apprehended on 01st Februray at Sharjah, UAE,where Punjab Agriculture University student Antima Gupta won the ‘Best PaperAward’ for an extremely brilliant research paper"Influence of GerminationConditions on the Tehno-functional Properties of Amarnath Flour." AntimaGupta is a Ph.D student in Food Science and Technology Department. The paperhad been authored by Antima Gupta, Savita Sharma and Baljit Singh.

 

A PAU representative said - “Antima is a beneficiary of UGC –Junior Research Fellowship for her doctoral study under the leadership ofSavita Sharma - Principal Scientist (Dough Rheology).


Many greetings were given to the excellentstudent Antima Gupta by Baldev Singh Dhillon, Vice-Chancellor PAU, Poonam A.Sachdev, HOD - Food Science and Technology and Savita Sharma for heraccomplishment and they all wished her a great success in the coming yearsahead.
